Why TaylorMade?
Throughout our lives we are often told to eat less, cut out foods, or complete the next fad diet. Less often we are told to eat more of the foods that nourish our bodies, help us perform, and make us feel GOOD. Through eating more of what makes us feel and perform our best, we become unstoppable in how we live our lives.
As a coach my intent with all my clients is to assist in their upward and forward movement. As a young girl who payed a multitude of sports, but didn’t fall in love with “her sport” until after college, all I cared about was building young women into women who take up space in the world, are strong, go against what women “should be,” and “should look like,” when it comes to training.
As I expect my clients to evolve and grow, I have done the same as a coach. My purpose continues to evolve to build youth athletes into well-rounded humans, introduce as many people as possible to the sport of weightlifting, and create relationships that foster faithfulness, loyalty, and support.
